1 Our Commitment to Quality

At Safe Air Company Pvt. Ltd., every air purifier and filtration product is designed, tested, and manufactured to consistently deliver measurable improvements in indoor air quality. Quality is verified at multiple stages — from raw material sourcing to final testing before dispatch.

2 Product Testing & Certification

• Filtration efficiency tested to: HEPA H13
• Quality Verification: Every unit is quality-checked before it leaves our facility and undergoes our thorough 10-point quality check.

3 Sourcing & Manufacturing

All our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and undergo strict quality checks before leaving our premises.

4 Warranty

All products purchased from Safe Air Company Pvt Ltd. are covered by an 18 months manufacturer warranty for the PCB and Motor, subject to normal use. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear of consumable parts such as filters.

5 Continuous Improvement

We collect customer feedback and post-sale performance data to continuously refine our filtration technology, build quality, and after-sales support.

6 Reporting a Quality Issue

If a product does not meet the quality you expect, please register a complaint at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue, and our team will investigate within 3 business days.
